W operates under the medical direction of Dr. Alexander Landfield, MD, a board-certified physician in Neurology, Neuromuscular Medicine, and Headache Medicine. Dr. Landfield completed his medical education at the University of Kentucky and his residency at Oregon Health & Science University and previously served as Stroke Director at Hendrick Medical Center.

As Medical Director, Dr. Landfield provides the medical oversight behind W’s clinical operations, ensuring every service is grounded in safety and sound medical standards.

Morgan Gary, PA, brings nearly five years of experience in high-volume specialty medicine, combining a strong procedural background with a thoughtful, patient-centered approach to care. With a background spanning urology, urologic oncology, urgent care, and wellness medicine, Morgan has developed a reputation for precision, clinical judgment, and creating an environment where patients feel comfortable, informed, and genuinely cared for.

Morgan earned her Bachelor of Science in Biology with a minor in Business from Texas A&M University before completing her Master of Physician Assistant Studies at Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center. Her clinical training included internal medicine, surgery, emergency medicine, obstetrics and gynecology, pediatrics, psychiatry, and rural medicine, giving her a broad clinical foundation that continues to shape her approach today.

Her professional experience has given her extensive hands-on procedural and surgical expertise. As a Physician Assistant in urological oncology, Morgan worked alongside surgeons as a first assist in robotic and open procedures, performing dissection, suturing, ligation, and wound closure. She has also performed a wide range of in-office procedures throughout her career, developing the meticulous attention to detail and technical skill that define her clinical approach.

Morgan’s experience also extends into wellness and individualized treatment. While practicing in peptide therapy and wellness medicine, she managed hormone replacement therapy, peptide therapy, and medical weight-loss treatments while monitoring labs, treatment response, and patient outcomes. She believes in creating individualized plans that take into account each patient’s goals, lifestyle, nutrition, and overall well-being.

Above all, Morgan is passionate about helping patients feel heard and confident in their care. Her combination of clinical experience, procedural precision, and natural, holistic approach allows her to provide personalized treatment while maintaining a high standard of safety and attention to detail.

Maci brings nearly a decade of specialized injecting experience to W Aesthetics, where she has established herself as one of the area’s leading aesthetic providers. A proud Central Oregon local, she attended Azusa Pacific University before returning to Bend to complete her RN degree and build the practice she always envisioned.

Her foundation in plastic and reconstructive surgery — working alongside surgeons in the operating room — set her apart from the start. That clinical precision, combined with a refined eye for facial balance and proportion, defines her approach to every treatment. Maci is known for results that feel intentional and natural: enhancements that honor each patient’s unique anatomy rather than override it.

Since 2017, she has remained at the forefront of her field through ongoing advanced training and industry conferences, ensuring her patients have access to the latest techniques and safety standards. Her commitment to continued education is a direct reflection of her commitment to the people in her chair.

When she’s not in the treatment room, Maci enjoys chasing new adventures traveling with her husband and two kids — and currently learning to sail.

With a strong background in customer service and a genuine passion for helping people achieve their best skin, Brittany brings warmth and expertise to every patient interaction. As a Certified Advanced Esthetician and former esthetic business owner, she has a wealth of knowledge and a keen eye for skincare solutions.

In her free time, she loves hanging out with her daughter and her husband and exploring new restaurants around Bend, Oregon.

Ella is a Patient Care Coordinator at W Aesthetics & Wellness, where she is dedicated to delivering a seamless, elevated experience for every client. With a strong focus on organization, communication, and personalized care, she ensures each patient feels confident, informed, and supported throughout their aesthetic journey.

With years of management experience in fast-paced, service-driven environments, Ella brings a refined approach to patient care, blending efficiency with a high standard of service and attention to detail. Ella also received her esthetics training from the Aveda Institute in Phoenix, Arizona, giving her a well-rounded understanding of skincare and treatment planning.

Outside of the clinic you can find Ella enjoying time at the lake, roasting smores, traveling, baking new desserts, attending concerts, and most definitely indulging in a little retail therapy.

Halle is a certified Advanced Esthetician, born and raised in Bend, Oregon. She completed her training at the Advanced Esthetics Institute in Eugene, where she developed a strong foundation in advanced skincare and client care.

Halle is passionate about helping her clients feel confident and comfortable in their own skin. She values creating a space where each person feels genuinely welcomed, listened to, and cared for, while delivering results-driven treatments tailored to individual goals. With a background in customer service, she takes pride in building meaningful connections and ensuring every visit feels personal and seamless.

Outside of the treatment room, Halle enjoys soaking up the outdoors with her corgi, Doug—especially paddleboarding together (Doug considers himself the captain)—golfing, hosting game nights with friends, and cherishing time with her family.
