Wendy takes the time to consult with her patients on the latest and most beneficial methods of non-surgical cosmetic enhancements available, enabling them to make informed choices.

We are all in different phases of life and it is my mission to help everyone feel as confident as they possibly can. Simply put, I help make one’s outer beauty match their inner beauty.”

Wendy prides herself in addressing the individual concerns of her patients. She has an array of talents and expertise that benefit both men and women. Her keen eye matched by her artistic ability provides all of her patients with comfort and ease. “At W Aesthetics, we want every patient to be ecstatic with their results and comfortable during their experience.”

Wendy began her undergraduate studies at Portland State University with a B.S., in Biology. Her love for the human body, anatomy, and biochemical make-up has driven her passion in the aesthetic industry. She received her Nursing degree with honors (Magna Cum Laude) from Breckinridge School of Nursing and was nominated into the Alpha Beta Kappa honor society. She entered into nursing with the intent to become an expert Aesthetic Nurse.

She has attended countless advanced workshops in aesthetic medicine across the United States and is a National GAIN Trainer for Galderma Pharmaceuticals, a National Trainer for MINT PDO threads, and a Lead Certified Aesthetic Instructor at Pacific Northwest Aesthetics Academy.

Dr. Jacobson is a native of Santa Barbara, CA and received a Bachelor of Science degree in psychobiology from UC Santa Barbara with Highest Honors. He completed his M.D. degree at UCLA as a Regent’s Scholar and was elected into the prestigious Alpha Omega Alpha medical honor society his junior year.

After graduation from UCLA, he completed six years of general, plastic, cardiothoracic, and orthopedic surgical training at Duke University Medical Center in Durham, NC. Further specialty training in sports medicine and shoulder surgery was completed in Los Angeles, CA before he started his orthopedic surgery practice in Bend, OR in 1995.

He is a board certified orthopedic surgeon and has been elected into the Arthroscopy Association of North America and the American Shoulder and Elbow Surgeons. He has authored numerous peer reviewed scientific publications and book chapters. He developed a keen interest and love for aesthetic and regenerative medicine after his plastics rotation at Duke, and is excited by the rapid development of non-operative techniques for aesthetic enhancement.

Dr. Jacobson has been a health and fitness enthusiast his entire adult life. Over the last two decades he has trained for and competed in bodybuilding competitions and has developed a keen interest in health, nutrition and wellness. He is passionate about educating his patients on this topic.

Randi Duble is a certified family nurse practitioner who recently joined W Aesthetics. Her background is in family medicine. She graduated with her MSN from Gonzaga University. Prior to being a nurse practitioner she was a medical surgical and postpartum nurse. She earned her BSN from Regis University and her undergraduate bachelor’s of science degree in general science and organic chemistry from the University of Oregon.

While in family medicine, she developed a love for women’s health and sexual wellness. She is passionate about functional medicine and truly believes in optimizing patients’ health to improve their life and longevity. She is excited to join the W Aesthetics & Wellness team where she can combine her love of treating patients’ physical health while combining aesthetics to improve overall wellbeing both internally and externally. She strives to deliver patient centered care.

She is trained in the art of injectables through W Academy by the talented Wendy Jacobson, BS, RN. Her focus is providing patients with natural outcomes that enhance their beautiful and unique features. She continues to expand her education in functional health and hormone optimization attending advanced trainings and conferences nationwide.

When not at work she enjoys spending quality time and traveling with her husband and two boys. She loves all the outdoor activities that Central Oregon has to offer including cross country skiing, hiking, and mountain biking.

Maci brings nearly a decade of specialized injecting experience to W Aesthetics, where she has established herself as one of the area’s leading aesthetic providers. A proud Central Oregon local, she attended Azusa Pacific University before returning to Bend to complete her RN degree and build the practice she always envisioned.

Her foundation in plastic and reconstructive surgery — working alongside surgeons in the operating room — set her apart from the start. That clinical precision, combined with a refined eye for facial balance and proportion, defines her approach to every treatment. Maci is known for results that feel intentional and natural: enhancements that honor each patient’s unique anatomy rather than override it.

Since 2017, she has remained at the forefront of her field through ongoing advanced training and industry conferences, ensuring her patients have access to the latest techniques and safety standards. Her commitment to continued education is a direct reflection of her commitment to the people in her chair.

When she’s not in the treatment room, Maci enjoys chasing new adventures traveling with her husband and two kids — and currently learning to sail.

With a strong background in customer service and a genuine passion for helping people achieve their best skin, Brittany brings warmth and expertise to every patient interaction. As a Certified Advanced Esthetician and former esthetic business owner, she has a wealth of knowledge and a keen eye for skincare solutions.

In her free time, she loves hanging out with her daughter and her husband and exploring new restaurants around Bend, Oregon.

Cody is a board certified physician assistant and native of Central Oregon. He attended OSU-Cascades where he discovered a passion for medicine, human anatomy, and physiology. During that time, he had the opportunity to work as a MRI tech assistant at The Center, and that evolved into a full-time position as a medical assistant, as well as coordinator of the multidisciplinary ALS and concussion clinics.

That experience solidified his desire to become a physician assistant. He attended Saint Louis University where he obtained a Masters of Medical Science in Physician Assistant studies and returned to join the outstanding providers at The Center. He focuses his practice on discovering what patients want out of their treatment, and the best possible solution for helping them achieve their desired results.

Cody is a health and fitness enthusiast and will be working with Dr. Jacobson consulting patients for peptide therapy at W Aesthetics and Wellness. Cody is thrilled to be practicing medicine in his hometown and he enjoys everything that Central Oregon has to offer, particularly snowboarding, camping, hiking, paddleboarding, and spending time with wife and children.

As our Compliance Officer, Colleen is responsible for overseeing W Aesthetics and Wellness’ adherence to ever-evolving governmental regulations and medical standards and practices. Colleen has been a registered nurse for over 40 years, has a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and a MBA with a Certificate in Healthcare Administration. Her experience includes Co-Director of a not-for-profit community prenatal clinic, Director of an Inpatient Perinatal Unit/Level III NICU, Healthcare System Quality Program Manager and Quality Co-Administrator of Government Programs for a healthcare plan company.

A native Oregonian, Colleen enjoys traveling and hiking with her partner, rough-housing with her two grandsons, going to Oregon’s Central Coast, playing with her two English Cream Golden Retrievers and attending live concerts. During the summer, she volunteers as the Tour Nurse for classical pianist Hunter Noack’s IN A LANDSCAPE road tours.

Colleen loves being a part of the W Family because she knows the smiles and satisfaction of every patient reflects the quality of W Aesthetics and Wellness’ products and procedures combined with the professionalism of each practitioner and staff member!

Marcus grew up in Northeast Oregon and began his career in the Specialty Retail world working as a manager for companies like Sephora and Bare Escentuals after attending Beau Monde College of Cosmetology in 2007-2008. In 2015, Marcus began working in the healthcare field at Zoom+Care in Portland, where he managed several urgent care facilities prior to working to develop specialty care lines and strategic growth initiatives for the organization. In 2017 Marcus relocated to Southern California where he ran a region of fitness clubs and later transitioned into a VP role at a solar company in Orange County. In 2021 Marcus relocated back to Oregon to be closer to friends and family, and to work in a field that combined his two passions (healthcare and beauty), and in 2022 he joined the team at W Aesthetics and Wellness.

In his free time, Marcus can be found playing Monopoly Deal with friends, exploring Central Oregon’s rivers and mountains, and binge watching his favorite tv shows.

Marissa brings many years of customer service and business management skills to our practice. She graduated from Portland State University’s School of Business with an emphasis in leadership. Her time in finance as well as her time managing retail locations brings a unique perspective to our practice.

She enjoys getting to know all of our patients and wants every person to have the best experience possible. She loves getting to see each individual journey and results from our treatments. Marissa has a keen eye for documenting the patient journey as well as the memorable moments at W Aesthetics and Wellness and has been utilizing her skills to aid in creating content for social media and our marketing initiatives.

When she is not at W she is busy working on her own website and creative endeavors.

Bri’s career began as a surgical dental assistant, where she developed a strong foundation in patient care and precision. Her passion for making others feel confident and beautiful led her to the field of aesthetics, where she now thrives at W Aesthetics & Wellness. Bri is dedicated to helping patients feel rejuvenated, empowered, and confident through advanced skincare and aesthetic treatments.

Bri assists during a variety of treatments, including injectables, laser therapies, skin rejuvenation procedures, and more. Known for her calming presence and attention to detail, she ensures that every patient feels comfortable, informed, and truly cared for throughout their treatment experience.

When she’s not assisting during treatments, Bri enjoys spending time by the lake, nurturing her garden, and spoiling her two hound dogs. Her down-to-earth energy and genuine passion for her work shine through in every patient interaction, making her a trusted partner in your aesthetic journey.

With a strong background in hospitality and customer service, Gerardo brings warmth, attentiveness, and professionalism to every patient interaction at W Aesthetics & Wellness. Having spent years in the fast-paced restaurant industry, he honed the art of anticipating needs, creating welcoming experiences, and building genuine connections with people from all walks of life.

At W, Gerardo channels that same dedication into guiding patients through their aesthetics and wellness journey, from their first phone call, to their follow up care. Known for his approachable nature and ability to make others feel at ease, he ensures every detail is handled with care so patients feel valued, supported, and confident in their treatment choices.

When he’s not assisting patients, Gerardo enjoys exploring Bend’s vibrant food scene and spending time with family and friends.

With a background in hotel management, hospitality, and culinary arts, Daniela has spent the past few years running the front-of-house in restaurants, turning hectic nights into seamless experiences and making guests feel right at home. While the restaurant world will always have a special place in Daniela’s heart, she’s recently decided to bring that same passion for service, care, and attention to detail into the world of aesthetics.

At W Aesthetics & Wellness, Daniela helps guide patients through their treatments with warmth, professionalism, and a talent for making everyone feel comfortable and confident.

When not creating glowing transformations, Daniela loves experimenting in the kitchen, baking up sweet treats or coming up with new recipes, rolling dice on epic Dungeons & Dragons adventures with her husband.

Ella is a Patient Care Coordinator at W Aesthetics & Wellness, where she is dedicated to delivering a seamless, elevated experience for every client. With a strong focus on organization, communication, and personalized care, she ensures each patient feels confident, informed, and supported throughout their aesthetic journey.

With years of management experience in fast-paced, service-driven environments, Ella brings a refined approach to patient care, blending efficiency with a high standard of service and attention to detail. Ella also received her esthetics training from the Aveda Institute in Phoenix, Arizona, giving her a well-rounded understanding of skincare and treatment planning.

Outside of the clinic you can find Ella enjoying time at the lake, roasting smores, traveling, baking new desserts, attending concerts, and most definitely indulging in a little retail therapy.

Halle is a certified Advanced Esthetician, born and raised in Bend, Oregon. She completed her training at the Advanced Esthetics Institute in Eugene, where she developed a strong foundation in advanced skincare and client care.

Halle is passionate about helping her clients feel confident and comfortable in their own skin. She values creating a space where each person feels genuinely welcomed, listened to, and cared for, while delivering results-driven treatments tailored to individual goals. With a background in customer service, she takes pride in building meaningful connections and ensuring every visit feels personal and seamless.

Outside of the treatment room, Halle enjoys soaking up the outdoors with her corgi, Doug—especially paddleboarding together (Doug considers himself the captain)—golfing, hosting game nights with friends, and cherishing time with her family.

Born and raised in Bend, Oregon, Kellyn brings a welcoming, service-focused approach to her role as Patient Care Coordinator at W Aesthetics & Wellness. She graduated from the University of Oregon in June 2025 with a Bachelor of Science in General Social Science, with a concentration in Business and Economics.

Kellyn spent several years working in Bend’s service industry, including restaurants, breweries, and coffee shops, where she developed strong organizational skills and a passion for creating positive experiences for every guest.

Her ability to build genuine relationships and provide attentive, thoughtful support translates seamlessly into her work with patients, ensuring each visit feels smooth, comfortable, and well supported.

Kellyn is excited to continue growing in the aesthetics field and hopes to eventually pursue a career as an advanced esthetician or nurse injector.
