Kristi Russ
Clinic Manager

More Information

Kristi Russ is a hard-working and caring individual with quite a unique story. From the West Coast to the East Coast, then back again, Kristi has pursued health and wellness in ways that few others have and is enjoying it every step of the way.

“After battling severe acne throughout my adolescent years, even undergoing Accutane, I was given the surprising opportunity to receive medical grade chemical peels to fight my problematic skin while serving in the United States Coast Guard, where I had the pleasure of serving as the Units Health & Wellness Coordinator. Once I completed my four-year service commitment, I didn’t waste any time and quickly enrolled in a beauty college and received my Esthetics License.”

Kristi is now the Clinic Manager at W Aesthetics and Wellness with 14 years worth of experience in the day spa, resort spa and medical spa industry. Prior to W Aesthetics and Wellness, Kristi re-opened a resort spa in Central Oregon and jump-started not only their spa, but their health and wellness departments. Her previous experience working at resort spas on the West & East Coast had set her up for success! Prior to her resort spa life, she opened and ran a beauty college in town, which still uses her curriculum to this day. Kristi’s passion for skin care, combined with advocating for continued education transposed to her being offered a seat on the Oregon Board of Certified Advanced Estheticians while working as the Admissions Director at a cosmetic laser training facility, all while completing her studies to attain her Certified Nursing Assistant License.

However, the “cherry on top” is her love and devotion to her son, whom she makes time for above everything else in the world. Kristi is ecstatic to be working alongside such knowledgeable individuals at W Aesthetics and Wellness and is committed to ensuring top-notch patient care & service quality for the practice.

Christi Cole
Advanced Esthetician

More Information

Christi, our advanced esthetician and laser technician looks forward to sharing her 15+ years of esthetic expertise with you! Christi started her esthetic journey in 2005 after years of suffering with hormonal acne.

“I started “breaking out” at 11 years old. Those minor breakouts turned to cystic acne that left me with unpleasant tone and texture issues along with pock/ice-pick scarring. I remember first walking into my aestheticians office in my early 20s and leaving wishing | had sought out help earlier! Who knew that acne and other skin issues aren’t ours to suffer through alone?!”

After becoming an advanced esthetician and laser technician, Christi has dedicated herself to the beautiful people in her native home, Bend Oregon. Christi’s goal is to let her patients’ beauty shine with a custom skincare routine and treatment plan. “Helping my clients find confidence and feel beautiful in their skin, is the greatest gift I can give! And it is absolutely possible.”
