Laser treatments for vascular conditions such as small veins and broken capillaries utilizing a Long Pulsed nd:YAG laser.
The device sends light energy through the skin to the targeted vein without harming the surrounding tissue. As the blood absorbs the light, it heats up and causes the targeted vein to shrink, eventually resulting in its disappearance. The procedure requires no injections and no incisions. Generally patients only experience a minimal amount of heat.
For optimal results, several treatments may be necessary.
