As our Compliance Officer, Colleen is responsible for overseeing W Aesthetics and Wellness’ adherence to ever-evolving governmental regulations and medical standards and practices. Colleen has been a registered nurse for over 40 years, has a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and a MBA with a Certificate in Healthcare Administration. Her experience includes Co-Director of a not-for-profit community prenatal clinic, Director of an Inpatient Perinatal Unit/Level III NICU, Healthcare System Quality Program Manager and Quality Co-Administrator of Government Programs for a healthcare plan company. 

A native Oregonian, Colleen enjoys traveling and hiking with her partner, rough-housing with her two grandsons, going to Oregon’s Central Coast, playing with her two English Cream Golden Retrievers and attending live concerts.  During the summer, she volunteers as the Tour Nurse for classical pianist Hunter Noack’s IN A LANDSCAPE road tours.

Maci has been in practice as an Advanced Aesthetic Injector since 2017, recently joining the W Aesthetics Team. After attending Azusa Pacific University, Maci returned to Bend to complete her RN degree and pursue becoming an Aesthetic Injector.
Maci began her career in plastic surgery as a surgical nurse and simultaneously began developing an aesthetic injections practice. Her experience in the operating room has helped her develop a depth of expertise in the field.
Maci is committed to helping patients enhance their unique beauty as well as facilitating a graceful and natural aging process. As part of her ongoing skill refinement, she regularly attends aesthetic conferences and training to help ensure optimal patient outcomes and safety.
In her free time, Maci enjoys spending time with her husband and daughter. She also enjoys hiking around central Oregon and traveling.

Catia has been in the beauty industry for the past 8 years. She began her career as a makeup artist at Sephora back in Sonoma County, California where she took on a role for educating and developing her team members on products and services that would provide optimal results for the clients. Catia continued moving within the industry and became a salon and spa manager for multiple Aveda concept salons. After moving to Central Oregon, she gained her license in Esthetics. Throughout her experiences in the industry, she has continued to grow her passion for creating results with her patients in a comfortable and inviting environment.

In addition to using her expertise as a skincare professional to assist patients in achieving their skincare goals, Catia loves helping patients feel their absolute best, not only on the outside but internally as well. She enjoys staying current with skincare knowledge and techniques to always continue growing within the esthetic industry.

When she is not at work, Catia will most likely be on an adventure outside with her fiancé and two dogs, hosting dinner parties for her friends, or bringing home a new houseplant.

Cody is a board certified physician assistant and native of Central Oregon. He attended OSU-Cascades where he discovered a passion for medicine, human anatomy, and physiology. During that time, he had the opportunity to work as a MRI tech assistant at The Center, and that evolved into a full-time position as a medical assistant, as well as coordinator of the multidisciplinary ALS and concussion clinics.

That experience solidified his desire to become a physician assistant. He attended Saint Louis University where he obtained a Masters of Medical Science in Physician Assistant studies and returned to join the outstanding providers at The Center. He focuses his practice on discovering what patients want out of their treatment, and the best possible solution for helping them achieve their desired results.

Cody is a health and fitness enthusiast and will be working with Dr. Jacobson consulting patients for peptide therapy at W Aesthetics and Wellness. Cody is thrilled to be practicing medicine in his hometown and he enjoys everything that Central Oregon has to offer, particularly snowboarding, camping, hiking, paddleboarding, and spending time with wife and children.

Marcus grew up in Northeast Oregon and began his career in the Specialty Retail world working as a manager for companies like Sephora and Bare Escentuals after attending Beau Monde College of Cosmetology in 2007-2008. In 2015, Marcus began working in the healthcare field at Zoom+Care in Portland, where he managed several urgent care facilities prior to working to develop specialty care lines and strategic growth initiatives for the organization. In 2017 Marcus relocated to Southern California where he ran a region of fitness clubs and later transitioned into a VP role at a solar company in Orange County. In 2021 Marcus relocated back to Oregon to be closer to friends and family, and to work in a field that combined his two passions (healthcare and beauty), and in 2022 he joined the team at W Aesthetics and Wellness.

In his free time, Marcus can be found playing Monopoly Deal with friends, exploring Central Oregon’s rivers and mountains, and binge watching his favorite tv shows.

Marissa brings many years of customer service and business management skills to our practice. She graduated from Portland State University’s School of Business with an emphasis in leadership. Her time in finance as well as her time managing retail locations brings a unique perspective to our practice and care coordinator team.

She enjoys getting to know all of our patients and wants every person to have the best experience possible. She loves getting to see each individual journey and results from our treatments. Marissa has a keen eye for documenting the patient journey as well as the memorable moments at W Aesthetics and Wellness and has been utilizing her skills to aid in creating content for social media and our W Aesthetics newsletter. Marissa is passionate about learning and is currently taking advanced marketing courses from Google so that she can continue to support W Aesthetics and her personal brand in a meaningful way.

When she is not working she is busy chasing her puppy around, spending time with her fiancé and working on her own website and creative endeavors.

As a lead impression when arriving at W Aesthetics, Michele sets the tone to your luxury patient experience. With her years of involvement at W, Michele has acquired substantial knowledge surrounding our provided treatments and skincare line, allowing her to facilitate your questions and help guide you to beginning your aesthetic journey with our nurses. Additionally, Michele’s background as a Licensed Neuromuscular Massage Therapist, has equipped her with a thorough understanding of the medical industry and its business practices.

With over 20 years of memories built here in Bend, she continues to enjoy its endless hiking opportunities and outdoor activities with her husband and 3 grown children and when at all possible, seek adventures of the most coveted travel destinations.

Jackie Jones is our kind, gentle-spirited Aesthetic care coordinator. She loves art and beautiful surroundings, so it’s no surprise that she loves living in Bend with her husband of 21 years and their three children. Witnessing and capturing beautiful moments on camera is her passion. She has been a local photographer for 10 years.
